February 14th, Valentines day, The Fourcast gave thought to the concept of a show about love songs and the likes. However we decided that many would go that route so we went the other direction and got the team to suggest songs they had been listening for your lovely ears.

Another great 2XM show for you all to enjoy. This week we decided having been down at the Meteor Choice Music Prize event in Doheny and Nesbitts where we say The Kanyu Tree, Cashier No9, This Club and Lisa Hannigan all play that we would play the 10 nominee’s for “Song Of The Year”.

Welcome to another episode of The Fourcast on RTE 2XM. Myself (Aidan Cuffe) and Kev Meagher say down and finished the Goldenplec Top 5 of 2011 lists with the top 5 gigs of 2011 (a song to represent each).

Then since we were on a roll we decided we would play a song from each of the gigs we really enjoyed through 2011 between myself and Kev. Amazingly we had seen far far far too much.
